Payments & Refund Policy

If you have any payment issue this should be addressed directly to the Company via the contact page.

If you cancel an order once it has been placed, no refund will be paid.

Restaurant Reservations

Whilst we will make our best endeavour to honour all reservations, no liability is accepted if we are unable to do so due to technical failure or any other reason.

Dogs are not allowed indoors (except for assistance dogs).

Please indicate when making a booking if you have guests in wheelchairs so we can allocate an accessible table.

You must notify us if you wish to cancel a reservation.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late and have not called us we will cancel the reservation.

If you arrive more than 30 minutes late your reservation will be cancelled.

Variation

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

Any amendments will take effect as soon as they are published on the Website. No further notification will be given. The continued use of the Website following such publication will represent an agreement by you to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as amended.
